What We Guarantee:

We guarantee live arrival of mantids and invertebrates within 3 hours of the carrier marking the package as delivered.

In the Rare Case of a DOA (Dead on Arrival):

To qualify for a replacement:

  • A clear, time-stamped photo must be submitted within 3 hours of the delivery scan.

  • Follow photo guidelines provided by Moonlight Mantids (we’ll send instructions upon request).

  • The guarantee applies only if you were available to receive the package promptly or retrieved it shortly after delivery.

DOA replacements will be sent a maximum of ONE time.  If you would like to postpone your replacement, please contact us. 

What Happens Next:

  • We’ll replace the affected animal free of charge. Note that DOA replacements will be sent a maximum of ONE time.  If you would like to postpone your replacement, please arrange that with us. 

  • We’ll match your original shipping method, up to 2-day shipping.

  • Want faster delivery? You can upgrade to faster shipping or a different carrier by paying the difference.

Exclusions:

  • Packages left exposed to extreme temperatures or delayed retrieval from delivery location may void the guarantee.

  • Failure to provide photo evidence or follow care instructions may disqualify claims.
