Arachnids

Arachnids are a diverse group of eight-legged invertebrates that include spiders, scorpions, whip spiders, vinegaroons, ticks, and mites. Unlike insects, they have two body segments (the cephalothorax and abdomen) and no antennae or wings. Most are predators, playing an important role in controlling insect populations in nature.

In captivity, arachnids are fascinating to observe and often require minimal care compared to traditional pets. From the bold and curious jumping spiders to the mysterious whip scorpions, arachnids showcase an incredible variety of behaviors and adaptations.
